#16-30 Memories From Peru Part 1 of 4 – Biking the Atacama Desert

Today we revisit a trip from 2012 to the town of Paracas in Peru. The Atacama desert runs all the way to the Pacific Ocean and here, at the interface, a sea salt crust forms on the dunes. This crust is sturdy enough to support a biker in some places but must be ridden carefully to avoid falling through and getting stuck.
